A BIT ABOUT ME

Find your Truth

I discovered yoga while I was moving through a shift in my personal life which resulted in a big shift within myself and the life I was experiencing.  Yoga helped me to channel my emotions through movement and awareness of breath to redirect my energy in a positive way, while strengthening my physical and mental wellbeing.  During my training in India and the months of travelling India that followed, I learned a lot about what it means to find contentment with the life experience that you have come into and that which you create, and how important it is to find your truth.


Through the practice of yoga, meditation and mindfulness it is possible to discover that life is already perfect.. you just need to allow it.


Since completing my Vinyasa training I have also qualified as a Yin Yoga and Aerial Yoga Instructor and i am currently undertaking my Level 3 Personal Training qualification.


My aim is to help people feel comfortable in their bodies through movement, connection and self awareness.

WHY PRACTICE YOGA?

Practicing Yoga helps us to focus on the present moment, improving many aspects of ours lives, including concentration, reaction time, range of motion in the body, flexibility, strength, relieving stress and anxiety from the mind and body and improving sleep and general wellbeing. Yoga brings the mind, body and breath into alignment creating an escape from everyday mind chatter and bringing calm into the body and into our lives.

What is Vinyasa Flow Yoga?

Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a dynamic form of yoga connecting one posture to the next using the breath to guide each transition; building strength and flexibility throughout the whole body. Vinyasa Flow combines high energy with rhythmic breathing, restorative stretches, and relaxation bringing you to a place of inner peace and calm.
