A BIT ABOUT ME
I discovered yoga while I was moving through a shift in my personal life which resulted in a big shift within myself and the life I was experiencing. Yoga helped me to channel my emotions through movement and awareness of breath to redirect my energy in a positive way, while strengthening my physical and mental wellbeing. During my training in India and the months of travelling India that followed, I learned a lot about what it means to find contentment with the life experience that you have come into and that which you create, and how important it is to find your truth.
Through the practice of yoga, meditation and mindfulness it is possible to discover that life is already perfect.. you just need to allow it.
Since completing my Vinyasa training I have also qualified as a Yin Yoga and Aerial Yoga Instructor and am currently study for my Level 3 Personal Training qualification.
My aim is to help people feel comfortable in their bodies through movement, connection and self awareness.

Group sessions are a great way to meet like minded yogis and connect with people. Yoga in non competitive so there will be no judgement of individual practices, it is simply a coming together to connect, move and breath.
