I am a Personal Trainer & Yoga Teacher and my aim is to help as many people as possible to feel comfortable and confident in their bodies through functional fitness, self awareness, breath, movement and mobility.

I discovered yoga while I was moving through a shift in my personal life which resulted in a big shift within myself and the life I was experiencing. Yoga helped me to channel my emotions through movement and awareness of breath to redirect my energy in a positive way, while strengthening my physical and mental wellbeing.

My years of teaching and sharing my yoga practice and my interest the anatomy led me in to the gym environment where i started working on my own functional fitness, which had a dramatic effect on the strength of my body, my yoga practice and myself as a person.

Having found another way of challenging myself and expressing myself through movement and body mechanics i knew i had to share this new found love also, and such began my journey into the world of Personal Training.

Yoga & Functional Fitness have been a blessed compliment to each other and I love nothing more than coaching individuals on new ways to use, evolve and love their bodies and minds.

I would love to work with you to help you discover your health and fitness potential. Whatever your goal, be it weight loss or muscle building, training for an event or just general improvement of overall health and fitness, i can help you.

Jess is a fabulous PT. She listens, she challenges, she encourages and she gets results! She incorporates all types of movement into a workout and can adapt to your particular preferences wherever possible. Easy to get hold of, full on sessions, fun and you certainly know you've had a workout!
