One to One PT

One to one Personal Training is a great way to begin your fitness journey or to advance a fitness journey you may already be on. It all starts with a consultation, an opportunity for us to connect and discuss your fitness goals and aspirations and how we will work together to achieve them. Your fitness journey is unique to you which means that your Personal Training programme when working 1:1 will be uniquely designed for you to meet your specific wants and needs. No matter how big or small, all change is possible with the right coaching.

Personal Training takes care of all your specific needs from weight loss and muscle building, to support with your lifestyle and nutrition choices to making sure any pre or existing injuries or health conditions are catered for and worked with, not against. Small Group PT

Small Group Personal Training gives you the option to share your training with a friend, perhaps to share the cost or to help you feel more confident entering into a new environment with someone you know by your side. Small Group Personal Training is for 2-3 individuals with sessions and programmes tailored to suit everyone. You will receive all the same support as if you were training 1;1 to help with your exercise, nutrition and lifestyle choices. Together we will create the fit and healthy life that you desire.
